Concrete “Erosion” Countertops

Concrete isn’t the first material most people think of when they’re planning to install new kitchen countertops, but it can be a great choice. Because it can be molded into any shape and even tinted different colors, it allows for incredibly flexible and unique designs.

This “Erosion” countertop was done by Gore Design Co. Little ripples in the surface almost make it look like

a lava flow or the remains of some ancient river bed. Touches like this can add a lot of personality to a kitchen, so don’t feel that granite countertops are the only way to go to get an impressive high end look.
