This home improvement invention is a gas-powered automatic device that lowers your toilet seat, presumably after use by men and boys. It is apparently aesthetic, very easy to clean, and not very expensive. As an added home improvement feature, the pressurized gas used to create the force that lowers the toilet seat lid is laced with a

pleasant fragrance to freshen the bathroom after use. In fact, the patent is titled “Fragrant water closet closer.�? In the patent, immediately after justifying the use of the invention for keeping households at peace, the inventor states that he had never heard complaints about women not putting the seat up after using it.
