Open Question: I am having a 4 ft tall chain link fence put in my back yard for my dog. What do I ask?

Currently, I am getting estimates. It is going to be 200 feet of fencing and a front gait and a back gait large enough to drive my lawn mower thru.
The whole idea is to keep my 80 lb chocolate lab in the back yard before he gets arrested by that big fat dog lover down the street. Right now, he is in the house with me except

when I have to go to work, then he goes to the garage, but he is having anxiety, so I though a nice shady lawn would make it better.
How much should 200 feet of 4 ft chain link cost installed with 2 gaits cost. I am a single female and can feel the fence installers seeing an easy rip off.
