Westcoast fascias soffits and guttering weston super mare, somerset

I recently had Westcoast Windows of Weston Super Mare out to look at my Fascias soffits and guttering and the owner prio to me had the old wooden fascias by cladded and all the wood below was now rotten.
And so i have had to have all the existing overclad and wooden fascias taken off and replaced with upvc replacement fascia boards which is 18mm thick, form certain when you have your fascias sofiits and guttering replaced they remove all the old timber and use replacement boards not cappit boards as it will just rot

again considering the air cannot get in to dry the timber.
